Instructions for THIRD DAY WIRED summer meet and greets

Dear WIRED members,
All WIRED members need to check-in at the main box office will call and pick up WIRED wristband passes!!

Normal schedule is...
90 minutes prior to advertised showtime - WIRED wristbands are available to pickup at the main box office will call, and line up at designated entry door (as advised by box office, or venue personnel) 75 minutes prior to advertised showtime - WIRED members enter the building and proceed to meet and greet. 60 minutes prior to advertised showtime the WIRED meet and greet begins!

Notice the word “THE.”  For 2012, the band will be doing one meet and greet before each concert.  We would like the ability to determine what that meet and greet should be depending on the size of the crowd.  If it is a small crowd, me might just chat individually, sign autographs, and take pictures.  If it is a medium sized crowd, we might just do a Q&A session.  If it is a large crowd, me might do an acoustic set.  For the sake of the performance that evening, and all of our time, we would like to get back the flexibility to determine what the meet and greet should be for each specific situation.  This will allow us to serve you better, and make sure that we’re saving some energy for a great performance.

We will do our best to send an email out to WIRED registrants around 12pm on the day of the show with more specifics about the time, places, and details of the Q/A and meet and greet.
