Q: What do I get when I join WIRED?

A: As a WIRED member, you will be allowed to attend the meet and greet event held at each Third Day concert you attend, regardless of the ticket price you purchase.You will have access to exclusive ticket pre-sales when avalable to help you get the best seat possible for a concert. You will also recieve an automatic 20% off all of your orders in our online store, top billing for comments on the website, and other special offers.

Q: How long is my membership good for?

A: Starting in 2011, we moved the membership to be valid for a the calendar year that it was purchased in. So each year, all memberships expire on December 31st.

Q: How do I sign up for the meet and greet?

A: To attend a meet and greet at the concert you are attending you will need to be sure to sign up for the meet and greet at least 24 hours in advance. To do this, log into your WIRED account on ThirdDay.com and then go to the tour page. There will be a meet and greet button next to each show that has a meet and greet available. Click on that button and fill out the form it provides you. You will recieve an email the day of your concert with specific instrucitions as to when and where you will need to be in order to participate in the meet and greet event.

Q: How many people can I bring to the met and greet with me.

A: That depends, what kind of membership do you have? If you have an indiviual membership, you are the only person allowed to attend the meet and greet. This is a non-transferable membership and you can not pass it off to anyone else. If you have a Family Membership, this covers all family members that are living under the same roof. This is not intended to include your mom's cousin's niece or your friends that are coming to the concert with you and don't have a membership. We set this up to make it affordable for families to participate in the meet and greets as a family. Please do not take advantage of this. It may cause us to re-evaluate this type of membership and ruin it for a lot of people that are using it for what it is intended for.

Q: What do I need to attend the meet and greet?

A: If you have signed up for the meet and greet from the tour page, all you will need to do is follow the instructions that will be emailed to you the day of your show. Usually, you will need a photo I.D. in order to pick up your passes.

Q: I joined WIRED but I did not recieve anything in the mail. What gives?

A: In the beginning of 2011 we removed all shippable products from the WIRED membership. This was done in an effort to lower the price of the memberships and allow more people the chance to participate. You will not be recieving anything in the mail.

Q: Can I upgrade my Individual Membership to a Family Membership?

A: Yes. We do not have an official "upgrade" option though at this point. In order to upgrade your account, please contact wired@thirdday.com for information on how this is possible.

Q: How do I know if I am signed up for the meet and greet?

A: Did you fill out the form that is given from the meet and greet button next to your show on the tour page? If so, you should be all set. If you would like to know what shows you are signed up for you can go to your profile page and click on the "Signup" tab at the top of it. This will show ou a list of all of the meet and greets you are registered for.
